Every buy-here-pay-here deal gets a payment account: the schedule, what's been paid, what's late. Record a payment in seconds and print the receipt.

The Accounts screen shows what's owed, what's past due and what's been collected, with the accounts that need a call at the top. Today flags past-due accounts so they don't wait for month end.

Take a payment by cash, check, card or any method you use. It lands on the oldest amount due first. If one is entered by mistake, it's reversed with a record, not erased, so the history stays clean for you and for the customer.

Turn on reminders and customers with an email on file are told three days before a payment is due, and again when it's late. Print a statement or a receipt for any payment.
