Walk up to a car, scan the VIN, and the year, make, model and details fill in. Every cost goes on the car, so you always know what you have in it and what it will make.

Point your phone at the VIN on the door jamb or under the windshield. It reads the number, decodes it, and fills in the details, without being fooled by the other text around it. Type it in if you prefer. Then enter what you paid and your asking price.

Add transport, parts, labor and detail to the car as they happen. The car's page shows the all-in cost, your asking price and your projected gross, so a price decision is never a guess.

Each car gets a plain rating compared with similar cars listed on BuyCarCentral, adjusted for mileage, and it only shows when there are enough real comparisons to mean something. It's a guide, not an appraisal.

Questions
Yes. Export a spreadsheet (CSV) and import it. You see a preview of every row first, VINs are decoded for you, and cars already in your system are skipped, never overwritten.
No. It uses your phone's camera in the browser.
Only the people on your team whose role allows it. A title clerk or a view-only user can't see costs or profit, and shoppers never do.
