Questions
About pricing
Is there a setup fee or a contract?
No. There's no setup fee and no contract. Cancel any time from the Billing page and keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
What does the free trial include?
Everything. You can add cars, build deals, print the forms and publish your website during the trial.
Are there per-user or per-feature charges?
No. One price covers every user and every feature.
What isn't included?
Prepaid credit for private-seller leads is separate once the lead exchange opens, and priced where you buy it. Texting will be a clearly priced usage item once it opens.
How do referrals work?
Each licensed dealer you refer who is paying takes 20% off your subscription, and five of them make it free. A referral counts once the first payment has settled for 14 days, and it stops counting if that dealer cancels. Usage items like lead credits are never discounted.
Do taxes apply?
Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes that apply to your subscription.
What if I want to leave?
Download your records as spreadsheets any time from Settings, then cancel. Legally required records like your temp tag log are yours to keep, so export them first.
