Add your cars
Scan or type a VIN, add costs and photos, and put the car on the marketplace.
Add one car
- Open Inventory and choose Add vehicle.
- Scan the VIN from the door jamb or windshield with your camera, or type it. The year, make, model and details fill in from the VIN.
- Enter what you paid, your asking price and the mileage.
Add many at once
Use Import under Settings or Inventory. You see a preview of every row before anything is added, and cars already in your system are skipped, never overwritten.
Costs and profit
Add each expense to the car (transport, parts, labor, detail). Books shows profit per car from the real numbers.
Photos and 360 view
Open a car's Photos page for a guided shot list, with a prompt for each angle, and a 360-degree walk-around you capture by turning slowly around the car. Pictures are shrunk on your phone before they upload, so they load fast for shoppers.
Put it on the marketplace
Publish a car from its page. It appears on BuyCarCentral with its photos and your price. Shoppers see the estimated out-the-door price once your tax rate and fees are set in Settings.
