Switch from another system
Bring your inventory, customers and open payment accounts over.
Open Settings, then Bring your data. Export a CSV from your old system. Column names don't need to match ours: we recognize the common ones. You always see a preview first.
- Inventory: your cars with cost, price, mileage and status. A VIN column is required.
- Customers: names, phones, emails and addresses. People already in your system are skipped. Text-message consent is never carried over.
- Payment accounts: customers who still owe you. Give each one's balance, payment amount, how often they pay and the next due date. The schedule is built from those numbers. We don't add interest or late fees. Imported accounts are for collecting what's owed and don't count as sales in your books.
